• Threads for Multi-Head Machine Embroidery- There are 3 different types of threads that we offer for Multi-Head Machine embroidery:

(i) Trilobal Polyester Thread
                Brand: Fiori (Suitable for motifs, logos, insignias & other designs. Available in 2000mtr cones in 280shades & DTM facility also).
                Key Characteristics:

• High Tenacity to suit high speed which ensures higher productivity
• Fast colors and color consistency
• High abrasion resistance
• No fraying of filaments.

            (ii) Rayon (Viscose)Thread
                Brand: Rainbow (Suitable for any multi-head/singlehead computerized embroidery machine. Available in box of 10tubes in 380shades and DTM facility).
                Key Characteristics:

• Package dyed to give color consistency
• Fast colors (ISO-04)
• High luster

        (iii) Indigo dyed Cotton Threads: Ideal for embroidering & stitching of denims & garments made of Indigo dyed cotton yarn.

• It fades as the garment does so that the embroidery completely gels with the fabric
• It adds value to your denims.

               Available sizes: Available in Tex 27,90 & 35 to suit your varying embroidery & stitching needs.
